Michael Barnett, alcohol intoxication in public place – plead guilty – 4-day sentence.

Alice G. Moore, speeding 20 mph over limit, first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – plead guilty – 40-day sentence and $678 fine and costs.

Clyde A. Proctor, first-offense aggravator DUI – plead guilty – 15-day sentence, serve 4 days or 10 days home incarceration program, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 30 days and $728 fine and costs.

Kimberly M. Wooten, license to be in possession – plead guilty – 90-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $163 fine and costs; license to be in possession and second-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – plead guilty – 180-day sentence, serve 8 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years consecutive to above, insurance monitoring for 2 years and $1,163 fine and costs, $900 conditionally discharged.

Daniel L. Nation, first-offense DUI and obstructed vision and windshield – plead guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $748 fine and costs.

Gregory P. Scott, second-offense aggravator DUI and residents not to use license of other states – plead guilty – 14-day sentence, operator's license suspended for 12 months and $898 fine and costs.

Cory T. Spies, first-offense DUI – plead guilty – 30-day sentence, serve 4 days, balance probated for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 30 days and $728 fine and costs.

Stephen R. Cottrell, first-offense failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance – plead guilty – insurance monitoring for 12 months and $643 fine and costs, $400 conditionally discharged.

Gerri Harris, first-offense driving on DUI-suspended license – plead guilty – 60-day sentence, serve 20 days, balance probated for 2 years and $250 fine; second-offense DUI – plead guilty – 30-day sentence, serve 7 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years concurrent to above, operators license suspended for 12 months and $878 fine and costs.
