Jeff D. Magee, speeding 15 mph over limit and no operator's/moped license – pleaded guilty – 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $423 fine and costs.

Jimenez L. Maximiliano, no/expired registration plates, first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security and no operator's/moped license – pleaded guilty – 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $913 fine and costs.

Jefferey E. Freeman Jr., speeding 26 mph over limit and first-offense DUI – pleaded guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $788 fine and costs.

Kristen N. McKnight, first-offense DUI – pleaded guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $728 fine and costs.

Linda A. Kingsolver, alcohol intoxication in a public place – pleaded guilty – $179 fine and costs.

Russell E. Bingham, three charges of theft by deception – guilty – 12-month sentence concurrent with state time.

Dion T. Cobb, no/expired registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – pleaded guilty – $713 fine and costs.

Rogelio Esquivel Flores, careless driving and first-offense DUI – pleaded guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $748 fine and costs.

Jose Feliciano Gonzalez, no operator's/moped, reckless driving and first-offense DUI – pleaded guilty – operator's license suspended for 120 days, five-day sentence and $778 fine and costs.
