Joshua R. Logan, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), carrying a concealed deadly weapon and second-offense DUI – guilty – 12-month sentence, serve 60 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 12 months and $903 fine and costs.
