Mohammed A. Alsubaie, reckless driving, first-offense DUI, failure to or improper signal, two charges of drug paraphernalia – buy/possess and person 18-20 poss/purch/att purch/have another purch alcohol – pleaded guilty – 90-day sentence, serve 14 days, balance probated for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 30 days and $899 fine and costs plus $300 to SCDIF.

Willie E. Peale III, first-offense failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance and first-offense DUI – pleaded guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $1,228 fine and costs.

Joshua Hardin, theft by unlawful taking – pleaded guilty – 30-day sentence.

Justin LaCroix, first-degree criminal trespass – pleaded guilty – 360-day sentence, serve 70 days home incarceration program, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years and $154 costs.
