County, Stoner settle defamation lawsuit

The county has settled a defamation suit with former professional baseball player Mike Stoner.

Stoner had sued fiscal court, the parks board, the former parks' baseball council and a member of the council alleging racial slurs and drug references were aimed at him and his now-defunct baseball instruction business, Stonebreakers.
