The City of Shelbyville and the Kentucky Secretary of State's office seem to have some communication problems.

According to the state of Kentucky, the property at the southwest corner of Harrington Mill Road and Freedom's Way, the 72-acre property owned by Allen and Tom Ruble, is already a part of the city.
