Asante Children’s Choir from East Africa is coming Jan. 26. Mark your calendars for this special 90-minute musical presentation at 10:30 a.m. in the Finchville Baptist sanctuary. Entitled "Reclaim Your First Love (Rev. 2:1-7)," Rev. Hollingsworth will describe the church of Ephesus at the time of the apostle John's Revelations to the churches. The church is a collection site for Edge Outreach Shoes for Water. Donations of new and used shoes to Edge Outreach create clean drinking water for people in need. Shoes of all types are acceptable – from flip-flops to high heels, from boots to football cleats. FCC also is collecting used hearing-aid batteries, box tops, Campbell’s labels, eyeglasses, plastic bags (Kroger, Walmart, etc.), coupons (current or expired), canceled postage stamps, pop tops from aluminum cans and current magazines for mission projects. The church continues to collect expired/unwanted coupons for the military, unwanted shoes in any condition or type, used hearing aide batteries and round plastic tops from mayo jars, soda bottles, shampoo, etc. for a Painted Stone Elementary art project.

Grace Assembly of God
