A cemetery caretaker arrested in February for theft of cemetery property, has now been indicted on two felony charges in connection with that arrest.
Gerald Kincaid Jr., 30, of Bagdad was indicted for Wednesday for theft by deception over $300 and 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking under $10,000, both Class D felonies, which carry a penalty of 1 to 5 years in prison.
Kincaid is accused of stealing from an individual as well as from the Bagdad Cemetery, police say.
