Celebrating reading

Students from Clear Creek Elementary joined reading intervention teachers Katey Martin and Karen Standafer for a celebration of reading at the Shelby County Library. Students came to celebrate a year of hard work and dedication to improving themselves as readers. Each student received an award and a summer reading kit, provided by Clear Creek’s Family Resource. The kits contained books and resources, to help students continue to work on their goal of becoming even better readers.
