Colin George Garner of Simpsonville was among the graduates awarded at Denison University's 170th commencement held May 15. He earned a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in east Asian studies and economics. He was the recipient of the Alumni Award and studied abroad for a semester with the Shanghai Program in China.
