Burglars hit downtown churches

Shelbyville police are investigating two break-ins at downtown churches that occurred Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

According to Major Danny Goodwin, the burglar gained entry by breaking windows at both the First Presbyterian Church at 629 Main St. and the Catholic Church of the Annunciation located at 120 Main St.
