Board approves school redistricting

The redistricting plan to balance the enrollment of Shelby County High School and the future Martha Layne Collins High School was approved by the Shelby County School Board on Thursday.

The Osprey Cove-Cloverbrook Farms and Autumn Ridge areas are switching from West to East attendance areas, which will have students in those locations attending East Middle and Shelby County high School starting with the 2010-2011 school year.
