Birth: Cook daughter

Richard and George Cook of Shelbyville announce the birth of their second child, a daughter, on June 7, 2012, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville. She has been named Charlotte Rose Cook.

Grandparents are Donald and Tammy Redmon and Richard Cook Sr., all of Shelbyville

Great-grandparents are Charlotte and Ronald Haydon, Donald Cook and Naomi Goodman, all of Shelbyville, and Carrie Jones of Florida.
