Shelby artist McCardwell part
of annual exhibit in Frankfort
Michael McCardwell of Shelby County is one of 28 artists from across the commonwealth whose works are on display in hallways and conference rooms of the Kentucky Senate and House offices in the Capitol Annex in Frankfort.
The show, which opened Tuesday and continues through March 26, is the Kentucky Arts Council’s “Kentucky Visions at the Capitol,” an annual exhibit.
