The Youth Art Show, part of the Shelbyville Horse Show Jubilee, opens to the public today in the Hudson Room at the Shelby County Public Library. There are 2D and 3D work from students in Shelby and Henry counties. Included among the 3D work from Shelby County are a Bowl by Cassie Wells, East Middle; a Vase by Julia Kennedy, Shelby County High School; and Wire Sculpture figurine by Dylan Theodorvich, Martha Layne Collins High School. The show is available for viewing during library hours through Aug. 6. The opening reception when prizes are awarded is 5:30 p.m. July 28.
