Edna Black Devers will celebrate her 100th birthday this weekend at the Masonic Home Shelbyville. Devers, who was born and has lived her entire life in Shelby County, will have a reception from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Garden Café. Friends are welcome. Devers has three children, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and was recently recognized by Governor Steve Beshear with the Kentucky Colonel award.
